Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory, Wickenburg, Arizona Mary D. Clark June 25, 1933 - April 24, 2014 Mary D. Clark, age 80, passed away April 24, 2014 in Wickenburg, Arizona. Mary was born June 25, 1933 in Furgus, Ontario, Canada to Roy & Edith Dunn. She attended schools and later pursued a career in Nursing which took her to California where she completed her nursing degree and met Norman Clark. Mary & Norman were married and made their home in Martinez, California. She worked as a registered nurse in a hospital setting for years and later operated a convalescent home in Walnut Creek, Ca. Mary and Norman came to Arizona in 1999 settling in Wickenburg. Mary began working at the Wickenburg High School shortly after coming to Wickenburg and she was very active in the community volunteering at the Humane Society. She was a member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Red Hat Society. Mary loved her dogs and enjoyed going to the Wickenburg Dog Park. She was preceded in death by a brother Norman Dunn and a sister Olivia Dunn. Mary is survived by her husband Norman of Wickenburg and son & daughter-in-law Kevin & Monica Clark of Concord,CA and daughter & son-in-law Joanne & Mike Parker of Mesa, AZ, brother Ross Dunn of Canada and sister Marge Dunn also of Canada, grandchildren April & Leann Atwood and Lindsay & Tiffany Clark. The family has suggested memorial contributions in Mary’s name can be made to the Wickenburg Dog Park.
