The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Friday, April 25, 2014 Virginia (Jinny) Rose Selzer Jinny was born in Chicago, Ill., on April 10, 1933, to Lillian and John Koziol. A prolific quilter, avid reader of romance novels and expert cook, she raised her six children in Mound, Minn., and lived in Chino Valley, Ariz. for 22 years. She passed away on her 81st birthday, April 10, 2014. "Mothers do things out of love, never imagining that what they do just may become unforgettable memories in the hearts of their children." She will be remembered with love by her children, Deb McAninch and Brian Hughes, Mickey McAninch Miller and Jon Miller, Patti McAninch, Dan McAninch and Sarah McAninch, and Bob McAninch, as well as by her 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her best friend, Lloyd Steinert; her sister, LaVonne Gonzales; the Chino Valley Quilters; and the YC aquafit ladies. A memorial gathering is planned for early summer.
