Charles Donald Rice, 82, of Cordes Lakes, Ariz., born December 14, 1924, in St. Marys, Ohio, passed away March 13, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz.

Commemoration services in honor of Charles will be Friday, March 23, 2007, at 5 p.m. at Mountain of Faith Lutheran Church, 20135 E. Stage Coach Trail, Cordes Lakes. Burial will be at the national Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted with the final arrangements.
