Lake Havasu Mortuary and Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Elizabeth B. Smith, 85, passed away at her home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. surrounded by her family on March 29, 2014. She was born on May 08, 1928 in Little Rock, Arkansas to James and Sara (Battle) Bullocks. Elizabeth was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas as a young woman. She later moved to California where she met and married Clarence Nathanel Smith. Together they had two children, Linda and Mary. Their first child, Linda, passed away at a young age. Elizabeth moved to Lake Havasu City in 2007 to be with her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Benny Goyette. Together they lived a very peaceful life and she always thought of Benny as her own son. She will be missed deeply and always loved. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Mary (Benny) Goyette of Lake Havasu City, AZ.; grandchildren, Mishirika Scott and Ronjaa Harman; sister in law, Mable Bullocks; cousins, Vickki Tollner and Clarence Chapman; nieces, Pauline Robinson and Carrie as well as many loving family and friends in Los Angeles, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Linda Smith, sisters, Mable, Clara, Flora, Rose and Alice, brothers, Dempsy, Slim, Jack and Herman. Celebration of life will be held at 1115 South White Ave, Compton, CA. on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 12:00 PM until the evening.
