Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Leigh Barker Johnson (March 17, 1939 - April 29, 2014) Leigh Barker Johnson was born on Saint Patrick’s Day, 1939 in Denver, Colorado. She passed away April 29, 2014 in Flagstaff, Arizona following a long illness. Leigh grew up in Norfolk, Virginia and Washington D.C. She and her twin sister toured the country as Toni Twins. She then turned her modeling career into a fashion career working as a Fashion Coordinator for Marshall Fields in Chicago. Leigh and Fred married in River Forest, Illinois on October 15, 1960. They lived in Chicago, Montreal and Victoria, BC before moving to Flagstaff in 1992. Leigh is survived by her husband Fred, son Brett (Mary Beth), sister Lynne (Larry) Burkhardt, and grandchildren Piper and Sawyer. A Memorial Service will be held 10am, Friday May 2nd at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, 423 North Beaver St, Flagstaff.
