CONOVER, Elizabeth Ann

The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Friday, May 02, 2014 Elizabeth Ann Conover April 14, 1943 - April 27, 2014 Elizabeth Ann Conover, 71, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Rome, N.Y. to Ralph and Winifred Sehn Sr. on April 14, 1943. Her family includes brothers Ralph (friend Barbara), Jerry (predeceased in 2006), Bill (friend Margaret) and John; sisters Betty Golly, Jeanette, Jean and Mary (Kenny) Burkert. She graduated from Madison Central School in 1960, went to college in Geneseo, then relocated to Glendale, Calif., where she met her husband Charles of 47 years. They have two sons, Major Michael (Heidi) Conover, USMC (Ret) and Commander Mitchell (Becki) Conover, USN; seven grandchildren, Hannah, Bethany, David, Mitchell Jr., Abigail, Lauren and Sarah. Also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Kate Shandra, Montana and Marion (Randy) Rohrer, California; many nieces and nephews, cousin Ann Brady, extended family and friends. She was a member of Ponderosa Bible Church, a Women’s Bible Studies teacher and a counselor at New Beginnings Pregnancy Center. She loved gardening, playing piano, spending time with grandkids and family whenever possible. Donations in her memory may be sent to: New Beginnings Pregnancy & Parenting Center, 701 S.
