Dowd, 69, will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the First Assembly of God Church. There will be a visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at Desert View Cemetery. Rita was born in Tulare, California on Nov. 23, 1944 and entered into rest in Winslow, AZ on May 1, 2014. She moved to Winslow in 1972. She is survived by her sons, Donald Dowd, Greg Dowd and Kevin Prine; daughters, Kathy Buchanan, Tammie Lester and Tina Watts; sisters, Carol Montgomery, Juanita Riser, Patty Henning and Becky Ronquillo; brothers, Jimmy Cash and Willie Cash. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Dowd; her father, Willard B. Cash, her mother, Gertrude O. Cash and brother Johnny Cash
