Donna Jean Stewart, born March 29, 1939 in Borger, Texas to Guy L. and
Lorene (Aylor) Flower, passed away May 10, 2014.
Donna worked at Northrup Aviation, McDonnell Douglas, she was on the
Planning Commission of Buena Park, Calif. and worked at Lake Havasu High
School.
Donna went to Compton, Calif. and marched with Mothers Against Violence.
She played the piano, the guitar and the mandolin. She loved all types
of music especially Gospel. She was loved by her family and friends. She
was warm, quick-witted and generous.
She leaves behind a loving husband, Al Stewart, former Manager of the
Elks Lodge for 16 years; daughter, Cheri Thompson; son in law Jeff
Thompson and their children Dillon, Cassandra and Brian Thompson.
She is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Uetz, who left behind a
widow Amy; and sons, David and Daniel and his wife Jackie Uetz.
She also left behind a sister, Charlene Sparks; nephew, Mike Rankin and
niece Casey Woodbury; beloved step-children Sam Stewart and wife Robin,
LeAnn, Rick, Linda, Leslie and Darryl Orr; extended family, Diane
Morgan, Coleen and Mike Savage and their daughter Jordan. Also Jeanette
Moe in Rexburg, Idaho. Margaret and David her sister-in-law and brother-
in-law, Kathy and Monica.
Donna will be missed.
Viewing will be Friday May 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.
Services will be at Lietz-Fraze Chapel Saturday, May 17, at 10 a.m.,
with Chaplain Sandra Johnson officiating.
