Miller was born February 29, 1956 in Whiteriver, AZ to parents Wallace Quintero and Dora Manuel. Miller is survived by his daughter Qualia Frawley; brothers George Quintero Sr., Bobby Quintero Sr., Virgil Quintero; sisters Patricia Quintero, Julia Quintero, Ivana Johnson, Kern Watson and 4 grandchildren. A wake was held in his honor Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 3812 N. Potter Street, Whiteriver, AZ. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the North Fork Miracle Church with Pastor Lex Baha officiating. Interment followed at the Red Hill Cemetery, Cedar Creek, AZ. Arrangements by Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, AZ.
