Barbara Reuter, 83, passed away peacefully, May 3, 2014 at Life Care
Center in Las Vegas after a brief illness. She was born to Clarence and
Cora Beck in Los Angeles on June 13, 1930. She married Ed Reuter Feb. 1,
1950 in Los Angeles.
Barb and Ed made their home and raised a family in Chatsworth, Calif.
and retired to Lake Havasu City in 1987 to enjoy the lake and the
climate. They made many friends here and enjoyed boating and traveling
the country in their camper for a number of years.
Barb enjoyed reading, crosswords, games of all kinds and her pets. Barb
is survived by daughter, Diana of Las Vegas; son, Marc (Connie) of
Atkins, Ark.; sister, Mary Jeanne (Harold) of Visalia, Calif.; three
grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her
parents; brother Jerry, and husband of 60 years Ed.
Services will be private. The family requests memorials to be made to
the Western Arizona Humane Society.
La Paloma Funeral Services in Las Vegas handled the arrangements.
