The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, April 04, 2009 Phyllis Rae Fisher, age 82, passed away April 1, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born Jan. 29, 1927, in Beverly Hills, Calif., to Boyd and Rachel (Brimhall) Johnson. Phyllis was a homemaker who will be missed and loved by her family and all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Rex; daughter, Rachel Griffin; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Carolyn Kujawa and Randy Griffin. Commemoration services in her honor will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz.
