Saturday, May 17, 2014 our courageous Mom, Norma Heurung’s spirit left
this world to join our Dad in heaven. Norma was born in Portland, Ore.

Mom was a 63-year Polio survivor, having her first spinal tumor removed
at the age of 20 leaving her alter-abled for the rest of her life. Norma
met her husband David Heurung on a blind date set up by her best friend
Melba Tice Olsen; they were married for 43 years. David and Norma
retired together to Lake Havasu City in 2001 sharing five happy years
together until David passed in September of 2006.
