Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Seth S. Allen April 20, 1931 - May 24, 2014 Seth Allen, age 83, of Thatcher, entered into eternal life Saturday evening, May 24, 2014, at his residence, surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Seth leaves behind: his four children, Janice Howard (Ron), Lori Stephenson (Darrell), Patricia Allen, and Paul Allen (Tamara); three sisters, EvaLou Warner, Phyllis Thompson and Loann Leornard; fourteen grandchildren, Wendy McMartin (David), Scott Howard (Shelley), Cami Hayes (Aaron), Missy Bigler (Richard), J.R. Howard (Stephanie), Becky Buhr (Nathan), Shannon Green (Jason), Wayne Stephenson (Laurissa), Shari Allen (Matt), Katelyn Stephenson, Alyssa Western, Bethany Finlinson (Jake), Shelby Musselman (James) and Garrett Allen; and thirty-eight great-grandchildren. Seth was predeceased by: his beloved Nancy, in January of 2011. Funeral services for Seth will be conducted Saturday morning, May 31, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Thatcher L.D.S. Stake Center by his son-in-law, Bishop Ron Howard, of the Thatcher Third Ward. Concluding services will follow in the Thatcher Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening, May 30, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Vining Funeral Home and Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., at the Thatcher Stake Center L.D.S.
