WHITING, Linda Carol

Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Linda Carol Whiting (March 29, 1949 - May 27, 2014) Linda Carol Whiting, born March 29, 1949 to Rex Dee and Marjorie Whiting, a long time resident of Taylor, Arizona, passed away May 27, 2014 in Springerville, Arizona at the age of 65. Despite Cerebral Palsy which plagued her all her life, she lived a full life. She served a full time mission for the LDS church and loved to write poetry. She lived her final years with the Reeve’s Foundation group home. She loved them and they loved her. She is survived by her mother, Marjorie Bates Whiting; six brothers, two sisters and a boat load of nieces and nephews. She is now dancing with her father, Rex Dee, who passed away in 2007. Her funeral will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Taylor LDS Stake Center, with a family visitation at 9:00 am.
