The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/30/2014 Deanna Peterson McCleve, 72, resident of Mesa, died May 23, 2014, in Mesa. She was born Dec. 18, 1941, in McNary. Deanna served others throughout her life; a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked at Walmart as a greeter for 10 years, which complimented her personality and temperament. Her genuine smile uplifted those who she came in contact. She is survived by her husband, Gary McCleve; brother Joe (Linda) Peterson; sons Mike (Lili) and John (Yvette). She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Geraldine West Peterson, sister Irna West Tanner and brother Don Peterson. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at the LDS Windsor Ward, 532 S. Greenfield Road in Mesa. Burial will be held at 4 p.m. at Reed S. Hatch Memorial in Taylor.
