PATRICK, Alan Thomas

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, May 29, 2014 Alan Thomas Patrick passed away peacefully on May 20, 2014, after a short battle with cancer, in Paulden, Ariz. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 12, 1950. He was the husband of Kimberly Daupert-Patrick. He is also survived by his daughter Melody Derby and his son Clint Patrick, both from Connecticut; his mother Doris Patrick and brother Larry, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother David of Florida; sister Debbie Bradley from Missouri; granddaughter Chelsea Roman; and his great-grandson Atticus Thomas Roman, also of Connecticut. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Family Care, Phoenix, or the American Cancer Association. Arrangements handled by David's Desert Chapel.
