Survived by wife Cheryl Reyes of Cottonwood; son Roland (Holly) Reyes of Huntington Beach California; daughter Michelle (Timothy) Sullivan of Orange California; brother Alfred (Ann) Reyes of Benson; sister Valerie (Manuel) Padia of Benson; mother Madeline Reyes of Benson; and four grandchildren Shayne, Jacob, Isaac, and Daniel.

A memorial service for Dr. Reyes will be held at Wayside Chapel 401 N. State Route 89A in Sedona on Saturday May 31, 2014 at 11 AM. Dr. Reyes was the associate pastor at Wayside for ten years. He served as chaplain with Sedona Fire Department and Police Department. He was a Police Chief, trauma counselor and Friend to many.
