He was born on September 30, 1966 in Lancaster, Calif. Verlin was Sales Manager at Vapor Village. He was previously employed by Play Faire Productions and Renaissance Entertainment Productions. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Marshall; and father, Verlin Winslow Marshall III. Verlin is survived by his wife, Summer Marshall of Bullhead City, Ariz.; daughters, Kaitlyn and Shannon Marshall of Albuquerque, N.M.; stepsons, Joshua, Lucas and Duston Bailey of Washougal, Wash.; and mother, Carol Marshall of Lancaster, Calif. A wake will be scheduled at a later date.
