Mohave Valley Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from May 28 to June 4, 2014 - Richard Patraw, age 79, an 18-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz. passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014 in Bullhead City, Ariz. with his wife Doris by his side. He was born on July 20, 1934 in St. Paul, Minn. Richard spent 12 years in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired electronics engineer. He was an Exalted Ruler from 2005-2006 at the Elks Lodge BPOE 2408 and also a member of the Moose Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Pauline Patraw; and brothers, Chuck, Jerry and Paul. Richard is survived by his wife, Doris; two daughters, Patricia Walker of Lakewood, Calif. and Deborah (Troy) Young of Corona, Calif.; son, Richard Patraw of Huntington Beach, Calif.; step-daughter, Carrie Neal of Bullhead City, Ariz.; step-son, Mark Williams of Minot, N.D.; two brothers, Marvin and Ronald Patraw of St. Paul, Minn.; four grandsons; three grand- daughters; and two great-granddaughters.
