Dewey W. Ayers, of Camp Verde, AZ, and a former resident of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 6, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Ayers; sons, David Richards and Darrin Wiste; daughters, Susie Pryor, Barbie Vasquez, and Donna Cortez; goddaughter, Nicole Cortez; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A celebration of Dewey's life will be held Wednesday, June 18, at 1:00 pm at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 330 Scenic Dr., Clarkdale, AZ.
