James Proper, 59, left to be with the Lord on Feb. 14, 2014. He was born 
Nov. 9, 1954.

James is survived by his mother, Carol Daley; one brother, Simeon, of 
England; and two sisters, Dianne Gleich of Wilmington, Ill., and Donna 
Burica of Hometown, Ill. 

There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, at Grace 
Lutheran Church, 2101 Harrison St.
