MILLER, Roberta "Bobbie"


Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, June 18, 2014 - Bobbie Miller of Lake Havasu City, passed away June 14, 2014 at the age of 70 years in Las Vegas, Nev. Bobbie was born July 16, 1943 in Chicago, Ill. She married her husband of thirty-three years, Troy Miller in California, Aug. 31, 1981. Bobbie was employed by Autonetics in Anaheim, Calif. as an Executive Secretary until her retirement in 1992. Upon their retirements Bobbie and Troy relocated to Lake Havasu City. Bobbie was employed at Tire Mart of Lake Havasu for ten years until retiring again to start enjoying life. Bobbie was an avid bowler, enjoyed jet skiing and countless hours with friends playing board games and cards. Bobbie and Troy were members of Relics & Rods car club for many years and enjoyed cruising and attending car shows in several street-rods they owned; mainly their white ’40 Ford 2-door sedan. Bobbie was an exceptional cook and relished preparing gourmet meals for friends and relatives. At home during the summer months she really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Bobbie is survived by her husband Troy, at the family home in Lake Havasu City; her daughter, Jamie Giglio of Las Vegas, Nev. and sisters, Carol of Moreno Valley, Calif. and Beverly of Oceanside, Calif. Bobbie will also be greatly missed by her extended family and many close friends. There are no formal arrangements or services pending.
