Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Donna Packard (January 31, 1931 - June 21, 2014) Donna Packard, 83 of Flagstaff, passed away June 21, 2014. Donna was born in La Crosse, WI to Ethel and Carl Bolgrien. She and her family moved to Portage, WI where she met the love of her life, Levi Packard. They moved to Tucson, AZ in 1952 and she raised her family in Flagstaff, AZ since 1960. Her enjoyment was making fudge, embroidery, caring for and raising orphaned animals and watching Nascar. Donna was preceded in death by her infant sister Ethel, her father, her older brother Carl, her mother, her loving husband Levi and her beloved cat Silver. She leaves behind her younger brother Cleve Bolgrien, her three daughters Roxanne Packard, Roberta Packard, Rochelle “Rocky” (Lee) Luedeker; and her four grandchildren Angelique (Bill Juharos) Luedeker, Nathaniel Luedeker, Bianca Luedeker, and Calliope Luedeker. Donna will always be missed. A private memorial service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Alley Cat Allies, 7920 Norfolk Ave, Ste. 600, Bethesda, MD 20814-2525.
