Baldwin December 26, 1966 - June 15, 2014 Funeral Services for Tammy Lynn Baldwin, 47, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 23, 2014 at Valley Baptist Church, Winslow, AZ. Viewing will be held after the service. Interment to follow in Desert View Cemetery, Tammy L. Baldwin passed away June 15, 2014 in Prescott, AZ. She was born on December 26, 1966 to Edward & Adell Baldwin in Winslow, AZ. She served in the U.S. Army for 4 years. She became a dental assistant after leaving the military, a pharmacy technician assistant for the VA hospital in phoenix, worked as a forklift operator in a warehouse. Lastly a maintenance worker for an art gallery in Phoenix. Tammy is survived by her mother and father, Edward & Adell Baldwin of Winslow, AZ. brothers, Jay Baldwin of Chinle, AZ and Jess Baldwin of Phoenix, AZ.; uncle, Harry Lomahoma of Winslow; aunt, Frieda Lomahoma-Tunney (Bobby); cousin, Amanda Tunney of Chandler. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Jefferson & Cora Mockta and Alfred & Minnie Lomahoma.
