Lamont Mortuary of Globe, Globe, Arizona Michael Edward Williams, age 54, of Globe, AZ passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at his residence in Globe, AZ. He was born in Long Beach, CA on September 5, 1959,the son of Edward and Margaret (Castaneda) Williams. He worked as a Lead Technician for Freeport McMoran and served his country proudly in the U.S. National Guard. Michael is survived by his wife Deborah Williams, his children Danielle Zamora (Nathaniel), Charmaine Williams, Michael Williams (Toni Jean) and Ashley Williams, his parents Edward and Margaret Williams, his brother Jamie Williams (Holly) and his sister Lisa Williams, three grandchildren; Mickey, Adam and Diego. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Sunday June 29, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Holy Angels Catholic Church. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Wednesday, July 02, 2014 Michael Edward Williams, of Globe, went to heaven, June 23, 2014. He had a long battle with Carcinoid Cancer. He was born in Long Beach Calif. on Sept. 5 1959, to Edward and Margaret Williams. Mike graduated from Miami High School. He was married to Deborah Suzanne Williams (Suzy) in 1979. He worked at Magma underground in Superior with numerous mining jobs in between. He medically retired from Freeport McMoran. He was an avid lover of NASCAR, football, basketball and baseball. He was survived by his wife, Suzy; four children, Charmaine, Michael, Ashley, and Danielle. He also is survived by three grandsons: Mikey, Adam, and Diego. Funeral arrangements where held Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church in Globe.
