Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 18, 1996 Roy A. Austin, Sr. of Congress, died Dec. 8 in Congress. He was 73. Mr. Austin was born April 19, 1923 in National City, Calif. He had lived in Arizona for the past 13 years, coming from California. Survivors include his wife, Helen, of Congress. There were no services.
