Sharyl Harris, age 50, a 34-year resident of Needles, Calif. passed away
on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. She was born in Albuquerque, N.M.
Sharyl was surrounded by family and friends as she was received by our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She had a love for animals and took many
homeless animals into her home. She had a huge heart and will be greatly
missed by family, friends, and co-workers.
She was the General Manager of McDonalds and belonged to the Elk's Club
in Needles.
Sharyl was preceded in death by her father, Harry E. Lewis
She is survived by her mother, Leah Hunt of Boulder City, Nev.; two
sisters, Desira (Bill) Parker of Needles, Calif. and Cindy (Dave) Thomas
of Littleton, Colo.; boyfriend, Larry McCune of Needles, Calif.; two
step-daughters, Kimberly McCune-Anthony of San Diego, Calif. and Billie
Ruth Mills of Needles, Calif.; niece, Alexa Thomas of Littleton, Colo.;
two nephews, Aidan Thomas of Littleton, Colo. and Myles Parker of
Needles, Calif.; aunts, uncles, and cousins of W. Va., Ohio and Fla.;
and many friends and co-workers of Needles, Calif.
Memorial Services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28,
2014 at Faith Chapel Church of God in Needles, Calif., Pastor Lloyd
Pharr officiating.
