Jeffery S Rizzo, 35, of Phoenix, died June 29, 1998.  He was born in 
Colorado Springs and was an Army Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, LaVerne; daughter, Sarah; sons, Cory, 
Vincent, Zachary and Jeffrey Jr; mother, Phyllis; sisters, Rene Patrick 
and Cheryl; brothers, Robert and David and grandparents.  Visitation 6 to 
8 p.m. Wednesday.  Best Funeral Services and Chapel, 9380 W Peoria Ave, 
Peoria.
