Margaret Neel passed into God's hands on July 9, 2014. She was born to 
Nancy and Edward Lowe on Jan. 14, 1927, in Dayton, Ohio. Margaret married 
Don Neel and raised four children: Joyce (Doidge), Ronald Neel, Molly 
(Minjares) and Francis Kay (Carver). She is preceded in death by her 
husband, Don, and her daughter, Francis Kay. She had many nieces and 
nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great 
grandchildren. 

It is the family's great loss to have the grand matron of the family gone. 
May she rest in peace and spend eternity with those who preceded her and 
know that she was very much loved here and will always be missed.
