LAZOK, Albert Leo

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Wednesday, July 23, 2014 Albert Leo Lazok, 83, passed away peacefully at his home, in the arms of his Lord and Savior, on June 21, 2014. He was born Feb. 14, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio. Al lived in Chino Valley, Ariz., for eight years and in Prescott, Ariz., for the last eight months. No services are planned at this time.
