A private service is planned. Mrs. Forrest was born April 10, 1958 in Elkton, Ky. She was a homemaker. She was very artistic and collected Limoges Eggs and teddy bears. She enjoyed helping people and was proud of raising good, educated children. Survivors include her husband, Russell; three sons, Kurt Forrest of Phoenix, Kevin and Ross Forrest of Casa Grande; a daughter, Brandy Forrest of Casa Grande; her mother, Lieselotte Forrest of Arizona City; a brother, Steven Gibson of Marana; four sisters, Joanne R. of Goodyear, Vivica Hogenes of Maricopa, Elizabeth Kingsland of Portland, Ore., and Karen Gibson of Arizona City; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, William S. Gibson. Donations may be made to an account at Bank of America, No. 457007242469. J.
