Sarah Allyson Rose Nichols, 13, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Aug. 8, 2000, in Los Angeles, Calif., passed away July 27, 2014.

Visitation is at 10 a.m. with funeral service following at 11 a.m. on Aug. 2, 2014, at the Church of Latter-day Saints, Mingus Foothills Ward, Prescott Valley.
