Her extended family is an inspiration and a very long list. To have been in her life was to be loved and to be in the presence of love and hope. Jacque was a part of Alcoholics Anonymous for 29 years. She was a sponsor to many, saving several. She was respected and trusted to perform many different positions on the committees of both A.A. and the Tri-State Round- Up, including chairman. Jacque was part of the staff at Mohave Community College for 25 years. She was a counselor and guide for the special needs department. Everything she did, including her work, was about helping people. She was a friend and supporter of New Horizons. Her baby Belinda was a client. “She took on every obstacle with passion, grace and an undying persistence that took my breath away.” She was an ambassador of goodwill by allowing anyone who showed promise into her home, into her life and into her family. She gave them help, support and above all, hope. Jacqulyn Marie will be sorely missed, but above all, by many, she will be loved. If you were lucky enough to have known her, you were loved. “Thank you mom. We all love you!” The family will be gathering at London Bridge Beach for a memorial service and celebration in Jacque’s honor, at 10 a.m., Aug. 16. They will be providing barbecue and ask that anyone who wishes, to bring a dish and join them in celebrating Jacque’s life.
