ROBBINS, Rebecca Amelia (Millie)

Arizona Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, May 18, 1901, page 3 Death of Miss Millie Robbins Miss Millie Robbins, the sixteen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Robbins, living about one mile west of Prescott, died of pneumonia last night after only a short illness. She was a very sweet and charming young lady, just blooming into womanhood, with a host of friends, with a heart full of hope and expectations of a useful life, the joy of her fond parents, but the grim monster of death cut down the bright flower and left the home in sadness. The mother and older sister who were also suffering from an attack of pneumonia, were so shocked by her death that grave fears are entertained for their lives, and the afflicted father is overwhelmed with grief and anxiety. The arrangements for the funeral had not been completed up to the time of going to Press, but will probably occur tomorrow afternoon. ------------------------------------------- Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Territory Monday, May 20, 1901, page 3 Local Intelligence - Died - at her home, a short distance from West Prescott, May 17, 1901, Miss Millie Robbins, aged 16 years.
