Timothy David Hughes, 53, of Prescott Valley, born Oct. 10, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, in Prescott Valley.

Commemoration will be held on Tuesday, March 8, at 7 p.m. at Miller Valley Baptist Church in Prescott.

The family suggests memorials in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, 8125 N. 23rd Ave. #222, Phoenix, AZ 85021-4961 or the American Heart Association Arizona Affiliate, 2929 S. 48th St., Tempe, AZ 85282.
