Bunker Family Funeral & Cremation, Mesa, Arizona Franklin Wayne Griggeory June 18, 1965 ~ July 30, 2014 Franklin "Wayne" Griggeory passed away peacefully on July 30, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. Wayne was born in Flagstaff, Arizona on June 18, 1965. He was a long time employee of Gannett Newspapers. Wayne loved playing softball, many outdoor activities including camping, fishing, riding quads, and spending quality time with his family. He is the son of Donald Wayne (deceased) and Alice Marie (Taylor) Griggeory, brother of Lori Best (Ric), Karyn Lundbohm (Rick), and Keith Griggeory (Julie). Wayne is survived by his five children, Austin, Breanne, Brooke, Bailee, and Brecklyn, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles who miss him greatly. He is remembered by his softball "family" and co-workers, as a great person who was easy to love and who loved others. A memorial service is planned for August 9, 2014 at City of Grace located at 655 East University Drive, Mesa, AZ 85203 at 2 pm. A potluck reception will follow on the City of Grace campus.
