Thompsons Valley West Funeral Chapel, Goodyear, Arizona Tammy Annette Leikem, 46, of Buckeye, AZ died August 2, 2014 in Glendale, AZ. She was born October 3, 1967 in Tucson, Arizona to John Leikem and Linda Santeford. Tammy served over 9 years with the Arizona Department of Corrections attaining the title of Lieutenant. She worked at Sunshine Acres Group Home for Kids for 3 years. She proudly wore #54 with the University of Arizona Wildcats Basketball. Her biggest accomplishment was touching the lives of so many people. She is survived by Veronica Thomas and Julie Miller; her son Jackie Boy (K-9); sisters Connie Sherman and Wendy Hatt; her mother and stepfather, Linda and Daddy Dan Santeford; and father John Leikem. Visitation will be held from 10-11am, Service at 11am, on Saturday, August 9th at Skyway Church, 14900 W. Van Buren St., Goodyear, AZ 85338. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale, AZ.
