The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Friday, August 08, 2014 Ed Hill was called home on Aug. 5, 2014 at the age of 79. Born in San Diego, Calif., he spent most of his years here in Arizona. Ed proudly served in the U.S. Marines, worked as a Journeyman Electrician and loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Allene Hill; and collectively their eight children (yours, mine and ours), Debbie, Stephanie, Stephen, Becky, Jason, Jeffrey, Tim, Katie, and their spouses. Also 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren survive. Psalms 139: 9 and 10: “If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the sea even there shall Thy hand lead me and Thy right hand shall hold me.” Services were held at 10 a.m., Friday Aug. 8, at the Church of Jesus Christ, LDS, 913 S. Ponderosa St., Payson, Ariz.
