Trevor Christian Crouse, 15 years, 3 days, passed away suddenly Friday, Aug. 8, 2014. An only child born in Glendale, Ariz. to proud parents, Sarah Beth Crouse and Officer Patrick T. Crouse.
Trevor would have been a beloved sophomore at Boulder Creek High School where he was a model student and a straight A student. Trevor joined the Boy Scouts of America at 5 years. Trevor was such loyal, patriotic and dedicated member of the scouts. He attained the Eagle Scout Award at the ripe age of 14. Trevor played the alto saxophone in the Boulder Creek High School and the schools cross country team. He played soccer. Trevor was an avid Collector of Coca-Cola Memorabilia. He aspired to join the military and go to college. He was set to go places, LOVED LIFE and a MODEL SON!
Trevor was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Beth McGee.
He is survived by his parents, Sarah and Patrick; grandparents, Jean and David McGee, Ruby Crouse, Terry and Suzanne Crouse; aunts, Colette Crouse, Anne McGee, Leah McGee and Uncle Sam McGee; and many numerous cousins.
A Celebration of his life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Catholic Parish, 2825 W. Rose Canyon Circle, Anthem, AZ 85086.
