She met the love of her life of almost 64 years, Dennis, and they were married on August 16th, 1950. Even after many years together, they could still dance a mean Jitterbug! She went from being a “city” girl to being a “farm” wife overnight. Grandma and Grandpa Riesberg were a tremendous influence on her and she loved them dearly. She always had a special connection with animals, so living on the farm presented its’ challenges at times, but she loved it nonetheless. She was a loving wife and mother of three children of her own and a nephew that she took under her wing along the way. She loved being with her family and her grandson, Matthew, whenever she had the chance. She loved spending time and playing with her grand-puppies, too! When she wasn’t busy being “Supermom”, she sold Real Estate in the Prescott Tri-City area for many years. Marian was always the life of the party and had a special gift for bringing people together. Her love of family and her faith in God was strong and true. Her strength and spirit is truly admired and she will be missed and remembered by many who loved her dearly.
