Travis Womack, age 37, passed away on Aug. 9, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Travis was born in Prescott, Ariz.

He touched many lives and will be missed dearly by his family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to an account at Wells Fargo Bank for Travis' son, Broderick Adam Womack.
