He was born June 28, 1950, in Fort Dix, N.J., to Charles and Marquerite (Penn) Catanzariti. Stewart served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Stewart is survived by his wife Kolene and his daughters Laurel (Maxwell) Payne of Kalispell, Mont., and Rebeccah Catanzariti of Gilbert, Ariz. A memorial service with military honors for Stewart will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, at the Veterans Administration Chapel, 500 N. Highway 89, Prescott, Ariz. Stewart will be interred at the Prescott National Cemetery. Funeral services were entrusted to Wakelin Family Funeral Homes.
