Arthur was a “firecracker” born on the 4th of July in Heber, Arizona to Laureld Arthur and Vera Porter Bigler.

They moved from the ranch into the town of Snowflake and later to Taylor, Arizona where he lived for the remainder of his life.
Arthur’s favorite interests included ranching, sports, hunting and spending time with friends and family. He was a faithful member of the church and served in many capacities. He was a respected member of the community, loyal friend, and loving husband and father.
