Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 1, 1996 Martin Howard Shipman of Phoenix died June 25 in Phoenix. He was 34. Mr. Shipman was born Nov.13, 1961 in Phoenix. He was a lifelong resident of Arizona, Mr. Shipman was a landscaper, and enjoyed music and cooking. Survivors include his mother Micaela Shipman of Phoenix; grandmother Anita Garcia of Wickenburg; sister Stephanie Ann Marks of Irvine, Calif.; brothers Ralph and James Howard Shipman, both of Phoenix and Danny and David Anthony Marks, both of Irvine; nieces Tiffany, Ashley, Samantha and Danielle; nephews Steven, Tony and Aaron; and companion John Webster. He was preceded in death by his father James Howard Shipman. Graveside services were Saturday, June 29 at the Garcia Cemetery in Wickenburg. Pastor William Meier officiated. Contributions in Mr. Shipman's name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements were by Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
