William R. "Bill" Phipps passed away at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 20, 2014, in 
Kindred Hospital in Phoenix.

Bill is survived by two stepdaughters, one stepson, niece, grandkids and 
great grandkids. 

He was born in North Carolina on Oct. 28, 1929, and had lived in Kingman 
for 30 years. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. 

There will not be a service. He was kind enough to donate his body to 
University of Arizona Health Sciences Center.
