Sheila Armstrong-McDaniel, age 73, made the ultimate trip to be with her
Lord and Savior on Friday, August 22, 2014. She was a Lutheran
(Wisconsin Synod). She was born in Nashville, Tenn. on February 6, 1941.
Sheila graduated from White Station High School in Memphis, Tenn. in
1959, and married David McDaniel on April 6, 1960. She received her
nursing degree from Shepard College in 1980, which launched her on a
long and dedicated career as an advocate for dedicated professional care
for all patients. During her career she worked in West Virginia,
Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, California and Arizona.
Sheila is survived by her husband of 54 years, David McDaniel; daughter,
Charlotte; son, David Jr.; and sister, Joy of Calif.
In a casual (clothes) gathering, please join the family in sharing and
celebrating the joys of our beloved Sheila's life. We will meet at 2:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2014, at Dimond and Sons Silver Bell
Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Rd., BHC.
Per Sheila's request, she was cremated.
