Felix was born on March 22, 1955 in Winslow, AZ and entered into rest on August 30, 2014 in Flagstaff, AZ Clans Tangle People and Big Water He is survived by his wife Bessie Keams; daughters Felicia Keams, Alisha Keams & Felencia Keams; sisters Annie Foster, Juanita Williams, Agnes Keams, Pauline Keams, Josephine Keams; brothers Roger E. Keams & Steven Keams and 3 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Edward & Cleo Keams.
