William C. Walker, 93, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 16, 1920, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Aug. 28, 2014.

William C. (Bill) Walker, 93, went to be with our Lord on Aug. 28, 2014.
Bill was born Dec. 16, 1920, to Collette and Myrtle Walker in Phoenix, Ariz. He served during WWII in the Army Air Corps from 1941 to 1945.
Sept. 11, 1943, he married Marion Lanning and they had five daughters together, Kay, Linda, Barbara, Kimmie and Alaina. After his service in the military, Bill worked for the Riverside County Road Camp in California for 25 years. He then returned to Arizona where he worked as a state livestock inspector for 12 years. Bill always had a passion for horses, nature, storytelling and family.
Bill was preceded in death by his daughters Kay and Barbara.
He is survived by his wife Marion; daughters Linda Johnson, Kimmie and Jon Thomas, and Alaina and Brad Bennett; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
