ATCHISON, Mary Aileen

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, September 08, 2014 Mary Aileen Atchison, 42, passed away ahead of her time on Aug. 26, 2014. Mary grew up in Walnut Creek, Calif., and graduated from Carondelet High School. She went on to attend SDSU and SFSU, earning a bachelor's degree in zoology. She spent the last 20 years living in the city she loved, San Francisco. Her passions were many and varied; among them were gardening, cooking, the Giants, the 49ers, traveling, biking, hiking, camping and spending time with the people she loved. Mary was kind, thoughtful, generous and full of life. She leaves behind her mother, Patricia; her sister, Ann; her beloved nephew, Jack (living in Prescott, Ariz.); and many friends across the world.
