Gail Frances Hoffman, passed away Aug. 20, 2014 at the age of 63. She
was born April 8, 1951, in Taunton, Mass., to Russel and Shirley (Brush)
Bennett.
Gail and husband, Raymond were wed in Massachusetts in 1979. They moved
to Arizona fifteen years ago. She worked as a licensed practical nurse
for Hospice of Havasu. She dedicated her life serving the needs of
others. She was a caring and supportive person and just loved people,
unconditionally. She always put others first. During her spare time, she
enjoyed crocheting, knitting, sewing and doing bead work. She had a
talent for creating beautiful things.
Gail is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Raymond Hoffman of
Lake Havasu City; mother, Shirley Bennett of Vermont; sons, Jeff Morris
of Freetown, Mass. and Phil Hoffman of Lake Havasu City; as well as
sister, Suzie Codding of Vermont and two nephews. She also leaves behind
her three beloved dogs, Joxxer, Daisy and Bella and her bird, George.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russel Bennett.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Gail’s
honor to the Western Arizona Humane Society, Best Friends Animal
Sanctuary, in Kanab, Utah or to Hospice of Havasu.
A memorial service for Gail will be at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home,
Saturday, Sept. 6, at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Bob Rohn will officiate.
Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home &
Crematory.
